Sorry! (1988) – A Classic Game of Slides, Setbacks, and Sweet Revenge
Sorry! is a classic board game that’s all about racing to get your pawns home – and sending everyone else back to the start along the way. This 1988 version from Waddingtons brings back the familiar mix of chance, cheeky moves, and good old-fashioned payback.
It’s fast, frustrating, and seriously fun – and every card drawn can completely change the game. If you're into light-hearted competition, Sorry! is an absolute must-play.
How to Play:
Each player starts with four pawns in their base.
Draw a card and follow the instructions – some move you forward, some send others back, and some let you slide ahead.
To start a pawn on the track, you’ll need to draw a 1 or 2 card.
Land on an opponent? Say “Sorry!” and send them straight back to base.
The first player to get all four pawns into their home space wins – but only with an exact number!
With slides, splits, and the satisfying Sorry! card, it’s a race full of surprises from start to finish.
Why Rent This Game:
Sorry! (1988) is one of those perfect family games – easy to learn, fun for all ages, and full of laughs (and a little bit of revenge). It’s ideal for family nights, casual get-togethers, or a throwback game session. If you love a game that’s quick, unpredictable, and gets everyone involved, this one’s a no-brainer.
