Push Over (1981) – A Classic Piggyback Dice Game of Luck, Risk and Knockout Fun
Push Over is a fast-paced, edge-of-your-seat board game where daring dice rolls and sneaky tactics rule the track. Originally released by Parker Brothers in 1981, this game is all about balance, luck, and perfect timing. Players ride piggyback-style on adorable character pieces as they push, roll, and risk it all to be the first to collect 10 chips and win the game.
How to Play
Each player picks a colourful character and piggybacks them onto a matching base. On your turn, you can roll one, two, or even three dice – but watch out! If your total goes over four, you’ve “rolled out” and face the consequences. Push Over is all about taking chances. The higher you roll, the further you move, but the bigger the risk. As you move around the track, you can push other players ahead of you, and if they fall off at the “Push-Off” point – back to start they go! Along the way, you'll collect chips from the central pot by landing on or passing special spaces. First to fill their column with chips wins.
