Blast It is a wicked word game where pressure, speed and quick thinking all come into play. Each round starts with a player reading out a question, then rolling the five dice to reveal a random mix of letters. Press the dome to start the timer, then everyone races to write down as many answers as they can that start with the letters showing. The more answers you come up with, the more points you get – but if you use letters in order, you’ll score even more.
How to Play Pick someone to start the round. They read out the top question card, then roll the dice and press the dome. Everyone writes down answers that start with the letters showing on the dice – as many as they can before the timer runs out. You score 1 point for using one letter, but if you use two letters in a row, you’ll get 5 points, three in a row scores 10, and so on – up to 30 points if you use all five. At the end of the round, players take turns reading out their answers while others can challenge anything that seems dodgy – and if needed, it goes to a group vote. First to reach 100 points wins the game.
